Order Process

Ordering Options

At Print Us Professionals, we ensure flexible and seamless ordering processes to make it easier for businesses to work with us.

Email us your order to sales@printusprofessionals.com.au with information detailing what you require along with the attached print ready file.

Please ensure that file attachments cannot exceed 8mb during email orders. If the attachment is larger than 8mb we require you to use the FTP Account option or one of our other accepted file transfer methods. https://printusprofessionals.com.au/ftp-accounts/ 
 
Once the email has been received, we will generate an invoice and contact you to process your payment. Payment methods for email orders are shown below.

1. Once you have selected the product and quantity of your choice, click ‘add to cart’.
If you have finished shopping proceed to checkout…

2. Confirm your order and update your delivery/billing address if necessary. If you require specific instructions, please provide this in the comment box below.

3. Upload your artwork files and include any relevant information to match those files.

4. Make your payment through the secure ANZ Gateway.
Once you have completed these 4 steps, you will receive an email confirming your delivery address, product details, payment confirmation and receipt number.
